“This is a basic white wall hotel. Its clean, good shower, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff and in a good location. Add the bonus of a fine art gallery on the ground floor and I'd say you'd find it hard to beat at the price.”

“Stayed there for 2 nights during my little euro trip. Rooms are super clean, they even upgraded me to the one with terrace. Bathroom was clean, it was a must for me. Very hot water and good water pressure as well. Receptionist lady name Serena was helpful and accommodating. Location wise it’s a win too, close to the station and 10 mins walk to all main sights and shopping street. Great value for money. My only notice is the noise level from the street, sound isolation is so so. But when you are tired and want to sleep, you don’t care. Hotel has mo breakfast, bc located inside a gallery, but tons of options around. Definitely can recommend this place!”

“This is a great hotel, the reception is seamless and let us deposit bags before our room was ready, the location is convenient and easy to get into the main areas of Bologna on foot, room was very clean and spacious, no TV, the furniture is beautiful, a bit loud around this area but its a college city so no big deal, room is very large.”

“it's comfortable and the people are nice and there's a balcony and air conditioner. the room I'm in is massive, you could have 6 people doing yoga together in the space and still have room for an instructor. I saw a lot of complaints about the value but this place cost substantially less than any rooms I found very close to the city center. it's a 15 minute walk through a seemingly nice part of town. I really don't know what people are complaining about. maybe they paid a lot more than I did? someone said the street is lonely but there's a gelato shop open late that looks really good, there's a bar down the street, a laundry service down the road and an automatic coin operated laundry around the corner. a grocery store too. my only complaint is that the rooms are not very sound proof but the others staying at the hotel were respectfully quiet and I have to say I really like staying above an art school. you get free admissions to the gallery but I'm not sure if that's true for everyone anyhow.”
